By accessing or using Yoso Yes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Yoso Yes provides a two-sided marketplace connecting couples with wedding vendors, along with vendor CRM tools including pipeline management, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, and project management.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Vendors must complete verification before accessing premium features.
Vendors agree to provide accurate business information, maintain professional conduct, honor contracts created through the platform, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Refunds follow our cancellation policy. Platform transactions between couples and vendors are governed by their individual contracts.
Users retain ownership of their content. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to moderate content that violates our community guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time, subject to our data retention policy.
Yoso Yes is a platform facilitating connections. We are not a party to vendor-couple agreements and do not guarantee service quality or outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
